My primary goal has always been to keep things as simple as possible, a principle that led me to collaborate with major names in the industry and automotive field.

I invent and manufacture specific machines for large corporations, including automobiles, industrial equipment, and tools...

The concern for the profitability of each action made me realize that, until now, we only asked the ball cage of the bearing to perform the function of keeping the balls spaced apart.

By adding fins or blades to it, I found an additional function for it: creating a flow through the bearing.

As a result, the flow through the bearing cleans, lubricates better, and reduces the temperature rise of the bearing.

Nearby components also benefit from the flow.

This can be applied in a two-stroke engine where the bearings are poorly cooled because they are in blind housings; the bearings thus act as integrated turbos.

For your information, prominent figures such as Formula 1 engineers, karting team managers (2-stroke, multiple world champions), aerospace engineers, and helicopter maintenance managers have praised this innovation...

Comments from aerospace engineers: Bearings should have always been like this!

The typical application would be in gearboxes, reducers, cars, motorcycles, agriculture...

Of course, I made sure not to change the dimensions or the number of balls, solely to address the aftermarket, existing machinery.

The finned cage fits in place of the known one. To create my models for the competition, I simply unclipped the plastic ball cage from commercially available bearings and replaced it with my ball cages made through 3D printing.

The primary claim is that the ball cage, in one or more parts, includes one or more fins... propellers either to the right or to the left..."
